This authentic ghee has been made with the utmost care and love. It enhances any dish you add it to, and has been infused with curry leaf so it's delicious on breads, hot rice, dals and curries.
Unsalted Ghee:
Ingredients: Butter, Curry Leaf
Allergen: Dairy

Salted Ghee:
Ingredients: NZ Butter, NZ Sea Salt, Organic Curry Leaf
Allergen: Dairy
How to use;
- drizzle on dal, curry or roast vegetables
- add on top of the finished soups
- apply on toasted bread
- great on hot rice
- just have a tsp each day for aiding digestion
Avoid cooking with ghee as the flavors will be lost.
