  • I make this recipe all the time! Banu once suggested to add a handful of frozen peas at the end – the peas don’t do anything to the taste but the bright green colour makes it pop. It’s become my must-have as a side dish to further curries, but sometimes with BBQ (a take on potato salad), I even served it once as a side on Christmas Day in New Zealand!
