Banu's lemon pickle is inspired by her father's recipe. This pickle was a must in all South-Indian functions and festivities. This is made instantly and tastes simply divine.
Ingredients include: Home grown NZ lemon, jaggery, salt, turmeric, canola oil, mustard seeds, curry leaf, dried red chillies and asafetida.
