The best ground pepper available

For decades I have only used fresh-ground black pepper, as I've been disappointed by the textures and short-life of pre-ground black pepper. Since I discovered Banu's pepper powder last year, I can't do without it. It is beautifully complex and worth keeping in your kitchen when last-minute grinding of pepper is not necessary. A wonderful seasoning product!

This is the best pepper you get in NZ. It is so fresh and rich in flavour. I never use supermarket pepper anymore, highly recommend it.
