Re-ignite your love for spices and learn about healthy Indian cooking! My cooking class aims to transport you to India. The four hour journey will give you a glimpse into Indian culture, tradition, hospitality, and vegetarian cuisine. This multi-sensory experience is designed to inspire and educate. It’s a great night with friends and a feast for the five senses.
You will receive a hands on experience cooking wonderful dishes followed by eating the dishes you created. The class sizes are small and intimate (8), and we can accommodate groups. The menu is customizable if you have certain dishes you would like to learn.

Very welcoming environment, Banu and her husband do all the preparations and then there's easy hands on work to do. A lot of thought has gone into the classes. Be prepared for a wonderful experience and a full tummy at the end of the night.

So much more than a cooking class!
This is not just a cooking class but a full immersion experience involving all 5 of your senses! It was such a pleasure to be part of this cosy group as together we got involved to help Banu produce and share a wonderful authentic Indian feast. The amount of preparation involved to create an evening like this is incredible and Banu’s gentle, patient and warm manner make her a truly excellent teacher. With the help of her husband, she effortlessly manages to produce an abundance of food all the while smiling, explaining everything and answering our questions. Throughout the evening she also passes on a great range of her tips and tricks to enhance our own home cooking. On top of the cooking, and eating, experience it really was a privilege to be so welcomed in her home and hear her entertaining, heartfelt stories and cultural insights. Thank you!
