Cooking Class With Banu
Re-ignite your love for spices and learn about healthy Indian cooking! My cooking class aims to transport you to India. The four hour journey will give you a glimpse into Indian culture, tradition, hospitality, and vegetarian cuisine. This multi-sensory experience is designed to inspire and educate. It’s a great night with friends and a feast for the five senses.
You will receive a hands on experience cooking wonderful dishes followed by eating the dishes you created. The class sizes are small and intimate (8), and we can accommodate groups. The menu is customizable if you have certain dishes you would like to learn.

Rice & Curry Sauces
We all absolutely love all the products we purchased so far from Banu's. Delicious and make the curry you get from Indian restaurants loo very average. Such great flavour and easy to make.
Having the rice to go with the curry sauces was a great idea. Might use a different amount of spices next. Will be able to use these for longer than the rice will last.
Keep making these wonderful sauces. Looking forward to trying some more soon.

The 4 of us all agreed this was a winner, you could taste all the indervidual flavours so well and the curry is blended beautifully instead of overpowering the meal. Highly reccomend you try it.

Mango Chicken
We used up left over Turkey as the protein and added capsicum. Slow cooked for around 5 hours and thickened it with yogurt. Very flavoursome curry, would definitely buy again and highly recommend.

Fragrant rice
Followed the instructions and was delighted with the rice - long , fragrant and fluffy as in the description. It was also very easy and and a fuss free way to cook rice. Definitely will be using this recipe again.

Spicy perfection
I was tempted to buy this product after meeting Banu at an Auckland market. I used the Madras Curry mixed with diced chicken and followed the instructions which were easy and resulted in a much enjoyed meal. The flavours are intense and real and beat any takeaway meal I've tried. Have already reordered so I can share this great taste with my wider family.
