Re-ignite your love for spices and learn about healthy Indian cooking! My cooking class aims to transport you to India. The four hour journey will give you a glimpse into Indian culture, tradition, hospitality, and vegetarian cuisine. This multi-sensory experience is designed to inspire and educate. It’s a great night with friends and a feast for the five senses.
You will receive a hands on experience cooking wonderful dishes followed by eating the dishes you created. The class sizes are small and intimate (8), and we can accommodate groups. The menu is customizable if you have certain dishes you would like to learn.

Best butter chicken sauce EVER
Best butter chicken ever!! Even my 2 year old loved the “butter sauce” (with added coconut cream) but definitely recommend was one of the best butter chickens we’ve had and so easy to make. Banu was so lovely also making sure the address was correct. Better then any other butter chicken sauce!!

I love the peanuts in this chilli oil. It has a glorious colour and the sesame seeds add another layer to its lusciousness. It has a good kick to it too.

The curry powder I’ve been using for years has changed not only its label but its ingredients. It has dropped 3 spices and replaced them with maize starch. A strange ingredient to add to a curry powder I feel. So, on the hunt for a new curry powder I discovered Banu. It is everything a curry powder should be. Exceptional flavour and colour. I can’t stop cooking with it. I’m so happy I found it.
